The bathroom is very small maybe 8×10 at BEST.
It needs to be completly gutted.
Only half the bathroom will be tiled (floor and half the shower area)
I am supplying the fixtures, toilet, new tub, and tile.
The contractor supplies the rest.
Approx what should I expect to pay? What have you paid in the past?

I’ve been doing this long drawn out renovation to my master bathroom, so it’s been about 3 years since I’ve been able to run water throught the pipes in that room. These are steel pipes by the way. I just capped the pipes off where the sink and toilet would normally connect. [...]

I have a home built in 1978. A contractor was hired to replace the floor in the upstairs bathroom and add tile. Apparently the plumbing code has changed since then and the contractor was using nails for the cement board based on today’s building code and punctured a hole in the [...]

I have a really old tub, sink and toilet, but I have to save money to get a full renovation. Whenever I clean the tub and shower, it never looks any cleaner and the finish on the tub seems to have worn off with each scrubbing. I have severe allergies, so [...]
